Terms & Conditions

This Web Hosting Agreement is between Cyberison and the person(s) using our website hosting and domain services. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing any of our products or services.

By using Cyberison or any services provided by Cyberison or its partners, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Cyberison agrees to provide the services stated for the price agreed at any given time. We ensure transparency and do not include hidden costs.

Note: Transaction charges during payment via any gateway are not considered hidden charges.

2. Terms

• 2.1→ All customers are responsible for monitoring their storage space and bandwidth usage each month.
• 2.2→ Customers who exceed their account limit will be sent an email with options to upgrade their account or reduce storage. If this happens continuously, we reserve the right to suspend accounts for repeated violations.
• 2.3→ Cyberison will resolve any issues to the best of its ability.
• 2.4→ If customers cancel their account within the first month, they will be charged for the entire first month.

3. Delivery of Services

An automatic receipt will be sent after successful payment. Keep a copy for future reference. The customer’s unique username will be on this receipt, which should be used for inquiries to Cyberison.

4. Payment Gateway Fees

• 4.1→ All invoices have an additional 1.85% gateway charge for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Celfin Gateway, separate from the main price.
• 4.2→ PayPal charges a 5% fee + 0.30 USD per transaction.
• 4.3→ Card payments incur a 3% charge per transaction.
• 4.4→ No charges apply for banking transactions.

5. Free Domain Conditions

A free domain is available only with a 1-year package. It does not apply to 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month terms. Only one domain per account is eligible for free registration. The minimum hosting period is 6 months, after which domain transfers are allowed.

6. Domain Transfer/Moving

While customers can purchase multiple domains at promotional rates, transfers to a personal reseller account are not allowed under these promotions.

7. Resource Usage

• 7.1→ Users are limited to 1 CPU core, 1GB of memory, 1024 Kbps IO, 100 NPROC, and 20 Entry Processes.
• 7.2→ Cron jobs may not execute more than once every 30 minutes unless specified otherwise by the script provider.
• 7.3→ Email sending is limited to 100 per hour per user account.
• 7.4→ Hosting can be used as a file server.
• 7.5→ Video streaming, movie downloads, and FTP servers are prohibited.

8. Refund Policy

• 8.1→ Refund requests are accepted within 30 days, provided the issue cannot be resolved by support.
• 8.2→ No refunds are available for domain names, SSL certificates, or other third-party products.
• 8.3→ Refunds are not applicable if the account is suspended or terminated due to policy violations.

9. Suspension and Termination

Cyberison reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including failure to meet the resource usage policies or payment terms.

10. Customer Support

• 10.1→ Cyberison’s customer support is available to assist with service-related issues during business hours, with support via phone, email, and online chat.
• 10.2→ Any issues with services must be reported to Cyberison within a reasonable time frame for effective resolution.

11. Pricing and Charges

All prices listed for services are final and non-negotiable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any change in pricing due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated.

12. Late Payments

Customers failing to pay their invoices on time will be subject to a late payment fee and possible suspension of services until the payment is made in full.

13. Acceptable Use Policy

Customers must use Cyberison’s services for lawful purposes only. Any illegal activity, including hacking, phishing, and spamming, will lead to immediate suspension and potential termination of services.

14. Security

Customers must ensure their website and associated accounts are secure. Cyberison is not responsible for security breaches or damages due to user negligence.

15. Agreement Modifications

Cyberison reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
