CyberIson Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please carefully review our Refund and Cancellation Policy before purchasing any product or service from CyberIson. By using any service provided by CyberIson or its partners, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Refund Policy

  1. If you encounter any issues with our service, please contact our support department. If the issue remains unresolved, you may apply for a refund within the first 15 days of purchase. Refunds will not be processed after 30 days.
  2. No refunds will be processed after 15 days.
  3. No refunds will be issued for domain names (.COM, .NET, .ORG etc.), SSL certificates, domain transfer in fees, domain transfer out fees, business and enterprise email services, Google Workspace (GSuite), or any other products/services provided through third-party companies by CyberIson. These services are non-refundable whether used for one hour or not used at all.
  4. Refund requests for dissatisfaction with services or products not provided by us or not included in your package will not be considered.
  5. If a client voluntarily adds credit balance to their account, it can only be used to purchase new services or renew existing services. Credit balance cannot be withdrawn or refunded under any circumstances.
  6. No refunds will be issued for VPS or dedicated servers under any circumstances.
  7. Payment gateway fees (transaction charges), custom software/software installation fees, setup fees, migration fees (where applicable), paid control panel fees, and any software license fees are non-refundable.
  8. Any products or services included in special offers or promotions (including shared hosting and VPS) are non-refundable. Refund claims cannot be made for these services or products.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Voluntary cancellation of service due to not receiving services that are not explicitly included in your requested package will not qualify for a refund.
  2. If any user violates any of our terms and conditions, their refund request will not be accepted.
  3. No refunds apply to service renewal payments.
  4. If a user’s account is suspended or terminated for abuse due to any action taken directly or indirectly by the user, no refund will be issued for any services.
  5. If CyberIson fails to meet the agreed 99.9% uptime or any other commitment due to reasons beyond our control, and a client requests a refund for such service disruption, the refund request will be considered invalid and will be immediately canceled.

Violation of these terms and policies or any other specific rules, regulations, or policies may result in the suspension or termination of your account. CyberIson reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without notice for any violation of these terms.
